If you suspect a scam…

If you think you’ve been scammed, you can report the firm or scam to the Financial Conduct Authority’s Consumer Helpline on 0800 111 6768.
If you’ve already agreed to a transfer and now suspect it’s a scam, you should get in touch with the Scheme’s administrator, Railpen, immediately. You can contact enquiries@railpen.com or call 0247 6472 541.
