Our Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period.
Our Helpline opening hours will be slightly different over the festive period. Please bear this in mind if you plan on contacting us.
This year's opening dates are:
- Tuesday 24 December - 8:00am - 12 noon
- Wednesday 25 December - Closed
- Thursday 26 December - Closed
- Friday 27 December - 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Monday 30 December - 8:00am - 5:30pm
- Tuesday 31 December - 8:00am - 5pm
- Wednesday 1 January 2025 - Closed
- Thursday 2 January 2025 - 8:00am - 5:30pm (back open as normal)
