This year, we’ll start to provide some pension paperwork online rather than by post.
The first document to be moved online is the annual benefit statement, which is expected to be available for active members by the end of September 2025.
If you’re already registered for a myESPS account and you’re happy to receive your statement digitally, you don’t need to do anything. Just remember to check your contact details, particularly your email address, and keep them up to date when you log in. You’ll receive an email to let you know when your statement is ready to view.
If you’re not already registered, it’s quick and easy to register for a myESPS account using the details below.
This move towards a paperless pension will help modernise our pension related communications, make it more secure and reduce costs. It will also make it quicker and easier for you to manage your pension and find your documents, all in one place.
You do still have a choice though, and you can continue to receive your statements by post if you prefer. Just let us know if that’s what you want using the contact details below.
How to register for a myESPS account
To register for a myESPS account, go to the homepage of this website and click ‘Login to myESPS account’ – there’s a separate button for former Npower Group members.
You’ll then reach the ‘Welcome’ page for myESPS.
Select ‘if you have not registered, please click here’.
Follow the simple steps to create your myESPS account.
As part of the registration process you will be asked to enter an activation code, which you should have received when myESPS was first launched. If you don’t have one to hand, please email netenquiries@railpen.com

How to get printed copies
If you prefer to keep getting things by post and require a printed copy of your annual benefit statement, you will need to tell us.
To request a copy, simply email enquiries@railpen.com or call 0247 6472 541.
Where to find your annual benefit statement online
You can log in to your secure account anytime via the links on the homepage of this website or direct at eon.myesps.co.uk/Login (or npower.myesps.co.uk/Login if you are a member of one of the former Npower Group categories).
Once you’ve signed in, select ‘myInbox’, where you’ll find your benefit statement.
